Responsibilities:
As a Compliance Advisor (Coordinator), you will play a vital role in guiding Herbalife Members to ensure their business operations align with Herbalife rules, policies, and high standardsYour key responsibilities include:
Providing coaching and guidance to Members on compliance with Herbalife rules, policies, and business requirements.Becoming a Subject Matter Expert in specific compliance areas and coordinating training initiatives.Upholding Herbalife's reputation by delivering Compliance Training and Coaching to Members.Enforcing rules and policies through standard resolutions, coaching, education, and, if necessary, sanctions.Handling complaints and proactive initiatives, recording them in the Herbalife Contact Management system.Performing proactive research to minimize potential violations related to Member's business activities.Preparing and presenting professional Compliance case studies to management.Interacting professionally with various stakeholders, both internal and external.Assisting in training and corporate activities and supporting team members.Attending and supporting Member and corporate events as needed.Assisting with the roll-out and updating of Rules and Advisories.Skills and

Customer Service:
Previous customer service experience is essential.Language Skills:
Fluent in English and Greek.Tools Proficiency:
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Social Media.Minimum College/Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience desired.Communication:
Exceptional written and verbal skills.Interpersonal:
Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication.Analytical and Investigative:
Ability to analyze and investigate issues, offering logical solutions.Problem Solving:
